Plans and limits
Every user is on a plan: Free, Pro or Max. A new account starts on Free. The plan and its limits are shown in the Profile, in the Plan block.

How the limits are counted
Section titled “How the limits are counted”- Active strategies are all demo and live runs except the finished ones. Backtests and Play runs don’t count.
- Saved strategies are the strategies in your list. The drafts the platform creates for a Play run from the editor don’t count.
- Versions: a new version appears when the schema changes. Renaming a strategy or changing its description creates none.
- Concurrent backtests: a backtest that has not moved for over a day is taken for stuck and does not take a place.
- Backtests per day are the ones started in the last 24 hours, not since midnight.
- Backtest period is the length of the span from the start to the end of the history.
- Retention: a finished backtest is deleted automatically once it is older than the plan keeps it. Running backtests are not deleted, unless stuck (no progress for over a day). After a change to a plan that keeps backtests for less, deletion starts 7 days later. Export the report beforehand if you want to keep a result.
- AI assistant tokens are a question with the schema context plus the answer. The balance resets at midnight UTC.
What happens at a limit
Section titled “What happens at a limit”The action is not carried out, and the platform says that the limit of the plan is reached. Free some room (stop a run, delete a strategy or a backtest) or move to a higher plan, and try again.
If a plan is lowered, the strategies and runs already created keep working, but new ones can’t be created until you are within the limit.
